Summer Surprise Fishing Trips

Palm Beach County will cease to amaze you on your fishing adventure when traveling to the state of Florida. Florida Fishing can lead you with many Summer Surprise Fishing Trips to remember for a lifetime.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Darrien, her husband, and the in-laws on a full-day fishing trip. They were visiting South Florida and were excited to see what Lake Ida had to offer.

Summertime in Florida is beautiful even though it can get hot on some days. The sun was high in the sky with temperatures in the 90s. It was a gorgeous day that was perfect for fishing.

One of the best parts about fishing in Florida is the endless opportunities to catch multiple species of fish. Darrien and her family caught peacock and largemouth bass. Two surprises were also on board on this fishing trip.

We haven’t seen many of these but we also caught a sunshine bass. It was an awesome catch for the family and they were excited. One other surprise that is common on the Lake was the appearance of a Clown Knife Fish in the boat, another amazing catch.

We look forward to the next adventure and to making more memories with this great group again. It was a fantastic trip and they will surely be back.

“ Firstable sorry guys for reviewing that late but I forgot. End of march me and my gf booked a fishing trip in the Everglades and Captain Kirk showed us the beauty of the nature (in fact we requested for a combination of showing the Everglades and fishing there) He did perfect. Luckily fishing was the main focus and I could enjoy catching a couple of new species for me as Oscar, Chain Pickerel and more, just Gar and Mudfish were missed... by my own fault. I am sure we would have caught also big Largies but my focus was on catching as many species possible. Next time! Kirk did a great job, he supported my gf as she had almost no experience and we had lots of fun, laughter and insane lots of fish. I have been for 9 days in FL and I caught far over half of my holiday catches with Kirk. So guys, if you wanna enjoy fishing, a great Captain who is fun fishing with and to come home later with a big smile up on your face... book him. THANKS Kirk. Hope to see you next year again!
