Sawgrass Lake Park in St. Petersburg, Florida
Sawgrass Lake Park is a 400-acre nature park in the Lealman community of unincorporated Pinellas County, with a St. Petersburg mailing address. Pinellas County manages the park in cooperation with the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
The park is known for its maple swamp, boardwalk, nature trail, observation tower and wildlife-viewing opportunities. Thousands of migratory birds move through the area during spring and fall, and visitors may also see alligators, turtles and other wetland wildlife.
