First Family Vacation Fishing Trip
When you want to experience an outdoor activity in Florida next time you are visiting, make sure to hook up to some of the best bass fishing in the state. You will create memories of a lifetime on your First Family Vacation Fishing Trip.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Mike and Noah traveling from West Virginia. They are down on vacation and wanted to explore what the fishing had to offer. Noah is a baseball player and decided fishing could be a nice change of pace.
Mike and Noah heard a lot about Lake Toho Bass Fishing but it was not the right season for the lake. The Butler Chain of Lakes has been on fire in these warm summer months. We experienced great weather on our short trip out. It was an early morning start and the bass was biting well. A slight breeze encouraged those fish to bite even more.
Livebait is Effective Method
Shiners were the most effective method and letting them run drove the bass nuts. Fishing deep weed lines in 11 to 14 feet of water crushed them big time. They caught right around 40 largemouth bass weighing up to 5 pounds. It was a fantastic day out on the water and we had a great time.
I am looking forward to fishing with them again in the near future on their next trip to the state of Florida. They want to come back in the springtime for a double-digit bass.
