Excellent Day Bass Fishing

Excellent Day Bass Fishing

Bass Fishing is one of my favorite past times and I love sharing my knowledge and experience with others. It was an Excellent Day Bass Fishing.

Today, I had the pleasure of fishing with Daniel Erickson and Eric traveling from Virginia. Dan is a native of Florida and Eric wanted to experience what the peacock bass bite was all about.

It was a cloudy day and we had a slow start. Peacock bass is in the stages of bedding and spawning. If you can find their beds, generally you will be able the big females.

Dan and Eric caught over 20 quality peacock bass. Most were in the range of 4 to 5 pounds with the biggest being 5 pounds.

As the weather begins to warm, the peacock bass will begin to bite and fight even harder.
