Legendary Florida Largemouth Bass Fishing- Palm Bay

Legendary Florida Largemouth Bass Fishing

This is Capt Mike Groshon with your Stick Marsh fishing report.

A long morning drive always sets the tone for the day. It keeps me focused and tuned in to what I have to do for the day. Today, we got to travel up to the great Stick Marsh in Palm Bay. The Marsh is known for its Legendary Florida Largemouth Bass Fishing.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Randy and Mike from Missouri. For a First Time Florida Fishing the Stick Marsh, I think it was a great day. Getting out on this body of water is always a treat due to its remote wildlife and surroundings.

The weather started out beautiful. Clouds rolled in and the winds started to pick up, making fishing interesting. The bite was still consistent throughout the day. The wind stirs up and keeps the water moving. Fish love to hunker on key points, positioning themselves to feed.

Several quality fish were caught but unfortunately, we did not hook into the giant we were looking for. The best part about this sport is that there can always be a next time. I am looking forward to their return.

Till then, this is Capt. Mike, creating memories one fish at a time.

This is Capt Mike Groshon with your Stick Marsh fishing report.

Rolling down the dirt road for a mile or so is one of the best parts about fishing the Stick Marsh. It is in such a remote location that it does not generally get over fished. Also, the FWC policy at the marsh is catch and release only; allowing Stick Marsh Largemouth Bass Fishing Florida in Palm Bay.

I had the pleasure of fishing with John, Bob and Tim from Indiana. Today was going to be a great day on the water up on the infamous Stick Marsh.

A cold front rolled through, making the morning colder than usual but that did not change the bite. The Bass were consistently feeding all day long. We caught and released quality fish all day long. The biggest largemouth was 5 pounds.

As the day warmed up, the quality of fish got better. We shared some amazing memories and made plenty as well.

I look forward to fishing with them again; it was an absolute fishing frenzy. I always enjoy hearing fishing stories from other places.

This is Captain Mike, Creating Memories, One fish at a time.

Stick Marsh Bass Fishing with Capt John Leech

Stick Marsh Bass Fishing with Capt John Leech

Hi this is Capt John Leech, I had Ian and his buddy out on Stick Marsh.

The wind blew 25 mph and they flipped the gate on and it turned the water into a chocolate milkshake.

We ended up pulling the boat in and went to the c54 canal which is right there at Stick Marsh and fished the canal cause you cant fish with 4-foot waves in 6 feet of water.

Anyway, we caught 8 fish with the biggest at 5 pounds, that’s it, for now, this is Capt John Leech have a great day everyone.

hello this is your Stick Marsh Bass Fishing Capt Jason Young with a fishing report fishing is still peeking it has not reached its peek yet for the season the cold weather has definitely delayed the the peak of the season for us we’re still catching a good number of fish but the full force of what stick marsh has to offer has not yet is, in the morning we’re starting out with water temperatures in the low sixties and they’re warming up to the mid sixties by the afternoon and water is moving more days than it’s not, but it’s not every day that that the waters moving, shiners are still producing the most fights and on the artificial side you’ll want to use finesse techniques and work it very very slowly until next time this is captain jason young wishing you tight lines.
