Wow factor crankbaits, swim jigs, and soft-plastic worms were the best methods to landing several nice fish. After the first day was over, Brad and Garrick started to have some fun catching fish. They landed over 40 bass in two days of fishing with fish up to 4 pounds. The last day of fishing was left to live bait where they also had a blast catching bass.

Captain Mark noticed that most of the fish caught were clean males that are making their way to the shallow waters. This is a good sign for the upcoming months as the temperature begins to cool. Focus on cattail heads and submerged grass, which will be the best areas to land some beautiful fish.
