Every trip is unique and special. Check out the action that Lake Toho Bass Fishing is producing:
Captain Brent Nelson had the pleasure of fishing with Gary, Ernie, and Jake on a morning fishing trip on Lake Toho. It was a quick 4-hour fishing charter but that was all they needed to put some quality fish in the boat.
When it comes to Florida bass fishing, you can fish either wild-caught live shiners or artificial baits. Gary, Ernie, and Jake had a blast catching fish on both wild shiners along with artificial baits. The most productive baits were the Zoom super fluke and a soft-plastic senko or stick bait. Both baits were fished over submerged hydrilla on the main lake. They put over 20 bass in the boat with the biggest weighing in the 5-pound range.
The best spots to fish during the warmer months of the year is in the deeper water. Gary, Ernie, and Jake had a blast catching bass. Captain Brent is looking forward to their next fishing adventure!
It was not long after this fishing trip that Captain Brent was back out on the water. This time, he had the pleasure of fishing with Mike and his son-in-law’s Chase, and Anthony. It was another quick 4-hour tour in the afternoon that produced some great fishing. The summer heat did not stop the bass from biting.
Mike and his family caught 20 largemouth bass as well mostly using live bait. They also caught a few on the flukes and senco’s. The bass were also still suspended over hydrilla beds on the main lake. Temperatures were hot reaching almost 100 degrees. A slight breeze and cloud cover saved the trip and kept it cool.
The biggest bass caught on this trip weighed close to 4-pounds. Mike and his family had a great time fishing here in Kissimmee, FL. Captain Brent hopes to see them back on the water soon!
