Captain Joe Gruny had the pleasure of fishing with Andy, Chad, and Blake out in the Everglades. They were traveling to Florida on vacation and wanted to mix it up. It was a quick 4-hour fishing trip in the morning. The bass were biting right from the first cast to the last.
One of the best parts about fishing the Everglades is that you can catch big numbers of fish on artificial baits. The most productive baits on this fishing trip was soft-plastic wacky worms, swim baits, and whopper ploppers. Andy, Chad, and Blake caught over 40 bass with a nice 4-pound peacock bass to top off the day.
These guys had a great time fishing in the Glades. Captain Joe is looking forward to fishing with them again soon!
That afternoon, Captain Joe was back out in the glades in search for more bass. He had the pleasure of fishing with Ralph and his son Hunter. They had a great time fishing for bass with artificial baits. The same baits were productive on this fishing trip as well. Ralph and Hunter caught 30 Florida bass up to 4 pounds and could not have been more satisfied.

While traveling to South Florida and enjoying the beautiful weather, they wanted to explore what Florida Bass Fishing is all about. The Florida Everglades was the perfect destination for them.
Yet again, Captain Nick put this group of family and friends on over 100 fish. A combination of quality largemouth and peacock bass made for an awesome day on the water.
