Misty Fly Fishing Trip

There is no better place to search for quality peacock bass than in Miami. Fly Fishing can be a tough way to target them but also very rewarding and exciting. Come enjoy a misty fly fishing trip in South Florida next time visiting!

I had the pleasure of fishing with Scott and Becker. They were traveling from Wisconsin and Virginia. Fishing conditions were not the best on this fishing trip but we made it happen. Scott and Becker wanted to fish for peacock bass with flies.

They caught some smaller fish on flies as we moved around quite a bit to find them. After the search was over, they wanted to switch over to live bait. Once they did the bite turned on.

Scott and Becker caught 15 quality peacock bass. The biggest fish was 3 pounds. It surely was a tough day but we made it happen. Air temperatures were at 80 degrees with a water temperature at 85.

I am looking forward to fishing with Scott and Becker again in the future. Come on south to catch some excellent exotic peacock bass. Don’t miss out on your adventure today!
