Big Female Bass Fishing

If you are looking for Florida Big Bass Fishing, now is the time to adventure South and get yourself hooked up. You can still experience spawning largemouth bass on Lake Okeechobee this time of year. Big Female Bass Fishing is the only option when venturing south.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Ron Powers along with some friends he brought with him. They were traveling from Maryland searching for some excellent bass fishing. They most certainly found it on this fishing trip.

We adventured out of Okeechobee City on the North side of the Lake. Many big fish are in transitions from the hard lines to open flats as the months roll by. Even during different parts of the day, fish congregate in different areas. Smaller males are relating to the cattail walls in the morning. You can find bigger females on the flats.

Ron and his crew had an awesome day Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing. They caught 35 bass anchored by a 7 pounder. Nothing beats the action we are experiencing on the Big O. I always look forward to fishing with these amazing people and can’t wait to do it again soon.
