Artificial Largemouth Bass Fishing

Lake Toho is one of the best lakes in Central Florida to fish for largemouth bass. Summertime is a great time to explore and visit this beautiful lake for some Artificial Largemouth Bass Fishing.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Blake and Dennis traveling to Florida for the Bass Fishing. They are repeat customers of mine for the past 5 years that have gone out on salt and fresh water fishing adventures.

We fished multiple days on this adventure with the first day on Lake Toho and the second day on the Rodman Reservoir. Lake Toho produced a largemouth bass that weighed 5 pounds.

We caught most of our fish on a mix of artificial and live bait. Shiners are incredibly effective as well as worms and senkos. Bass Assassins “Fat Job” is incredibly effective this time of year.

Our second trip on the Rodman Reservoir got rained out. We went back to the St. Johns to dodge the rain but it followed us there too.

They are coming back later in the year for redemption on these fisheries. Blake is retired and loves to fish. I am looking forward to fishing with them again.
