Fishing Florida Largemouth Bass

This is Capt George Mrozinski with your Lake Okeechobee fishing report.

Belle Glade Fishing Florida Largemouth Bass has been on fire lately. I had the pleasure to take out Tim, who traveled from Baltimore to fish the beautiful Lake Okeechobee.

Tim ran through 5 dozen shiners like it was nothing. He caught plenty of quality bass all day long with no giants. The biggest fish was in the 5 pound range. The fishing kept us active all day.

It was a beautiful day to go fishing and I am looking forward to fishing with them again. This was Tim’s second time fishing the Lake and he is surely going to return.

The next day, I had the pleasure to fish with John from Dallas and Eric from Illinois. Fishing out of Clewiston and heading to the East wall produced some quality fish. Fishing shiners around the grass usually produces some Okeechobee studs but not today.

Following this trip, the next day brought about another trip that was only for two hours. Lisa, Cathy and their two sons came out with me.

The fishing conditions were poor with the wind and rain blowing, but we still managed to catch some quality Largemouth Bass.

Lake Okeechobee has been on fire lately. Do not miss your opportunity to fish it today!
