Falls Canal System Peacock Bass Fishing Guide Capt Robert Miley

hello this is your Falls Canal System Peacock Bass Fishing Guide Capt Robert Miley with my fishing report, I am just leaving the water fishing today i had the opportunity to fish with Paul and Mary, Paul is a retired chemistry teacher and Mary is a retired executive secretary and she bought a peacock trip for valentine’s day and that’s what we did from 2 o’clock until dark it was a little slow but about 5:30 the big peacock turned on first three we had them up near the boat there was a really nice ones and hook pool then the next one the line broke then the next one Mary got him really nice five pounder and we caught several bass we got some midas goldfish walking catfish and two largemouths so they were extremely excited and Paul was excited cuz he never had a peacock bass that big i mean it ran some line out and the hook just pulled out and he asked me what he did wrong and i said not much you did wrong and they fight hard if the hook doesn’t get hooked in a good place the hook will pull but they told me that they were coming back definitely and so they had a great trip the water temperature was 78 degrees air temperature was 67 so that made the peacocks wanna a bite they were a little slow, not much on top we didn’t see many but they were down deep and they were aggressive with the ones that took it so tight lines and we’ll see you on the flip flop take care this is has been your Falls Canal System Peacock Bass Fishing Guide Capt Robert Miley, bye now.
