A little bit of everything

Captain Mark Shepard with your Lake Okeechobee May 24th, 2015 fishing report.

Well out on the water with two clients that fish with me often, Steve and his son Taylor. Me and Taylor have won a fishing tournament before. Every time we go out something different something new. They live down here in Florida, they love fishing. I love taking his son out on the lake, he is 15 years old and soon he will be turning 16.

Wind was blowing like hurricane...very heavy! Rough water! We use live tackle and spinning bait. We caught a snook, which is pretty rare on Okeechobee...this lake has a little bit of everything. We caught a couple of fish using worms. We fished pretty much the entire day...his dad caught a fat bass. Wonderful day...just super super windy!

Captain Mark Shepard...tight lines everybody!
