Bass were all over

  • Bass were all over!

This is Captain Steve Niemoeller with the April 3rd fishing report.

Today I guided the Sutter family from Pennsylvania out on the Harris Chain of Lakes in Orlando, a secret gem up north. It was a pretty exciting trip! We ended up with 13+ bass, biggest 5 pound and a couple on the 4 -4 1/2 pound range. We were fishing with shiners on the canal.. bass were all over! Really good weather, not much wind. Wonderful day, they all enjoyed themselves they love family activities and fishing brings in the best of them! They have family that live down here at the village so they are familiar with the area. They will be back sometime next year and we will be more than glad to have them in the boat again on a new adventure.
