 Lake Kerr in May Bass FishingTuesday, May 17th, 2011I took Philip Polter and his son out for a half day trip on Lake Kerr on Friday morning. We hit the water at 8:00 am and started catching bass right away! His son was 11 years old and boy was he thrilled to be reeling so many bass in especially his 3lb catch. Although it was only a 4 hour trip. he caught nearly 10 bass and his dad was trying his hardest to keep up with him! We had a great time and a ton of fun, great day overall.

Lake Okeechobee Florida Bass FactoryMonday, April 11th, 2011
The last two days I had the pleasure to take Jerry,John and Mark O’Brien from South Carolina fishing. The first day they started catching as soon as we got started and the fish got bigger as we went thru the day. The first day was the best I or anyone could ask for with all three guys catching there biggest bass ever and lots of them. I did not know if day two could get better for them but it did. Both days they fished with light tackle spinning and was extra sharp on day two. This will be a trip we all will remember. Till next time tight lines and good fishing…. Lake Okeechobee Florida Best Lake for Action & Trophy LargemouthsSaturday, April 2nd, 2011Lake Okeechobee 2011- The Best Fishery for Action and Trophy Largemouths. Gary Brown day one of four on Okeechobee. We head out in the morning to find good weather and great fishing. Gary was able to catch a lot of big fish on artificial baits. As soon as he started fishing I could see he was a good fisherman and that he was going to have a lot of fun and that he did with the best 5 fish weighing about 33 lb. days like this make you wish you were in a tournament. The lake level is 11.50 if you bring your own boat make sure to go with someone that knows the lake good for safe navigation a lot of boats have torn there lower units and props up lately.
