Lake Okeechobee in August, I’m onboard fishing with Rodd Campbell from Washington DC. Started Thursday morning at Okeechobee Fishing Headquarters pick up some bait & headed to the boat ramp. At first break of light, we were heading South out the Kissimmee River to Coty’s Cove and Rodd threw a topwater and caught a nice fish on his first cast of the day. He caught six bass and large mud fish on spinner baits and top water. After early morning bite slowed down, we ran out to Kings Bar Pass and Buckhead Ridge Canal and hooked on to a few more bass and fished with crickets for a short time a got some bream. The last two hours of the trip we went to spot near Eagle Bay Island and fished bigger fish with shiners. He landed a bass, 3 lbs. & a real nice 4 1/2 pounder in the above picture.
Looking forward to fishing with R. Campbell in the future

June 2010, onboard with customer Adrian Smith from London here for some bass action. The day started out a little slow, but as it got warmer the Largemouth Bass were smoking. Adrian was out on a Super Half Day (6 hours of fishing trip) in Florida Everglades. He boated around twenty bass, lots of action, and the biggest going around six pounds.
We look forward to fishing with you in the future!
Till next time tight lines and good fishing….

The summer is here and the weather is warm, but the fish are smart, they’re starting to school on bait-fish. Fishing has been fun, just look at the pictures, big smiles & nice largemouth okeechobee bass.
The early morning is when the honor roll bass attend class, the fishing has been easy with lite tackle and mostly in the open water which makes for some great fishing. I sure had a lot of fun with everybody over the last few weeks here, so here are the some recent pictures of us on Lake Okeechobee fishing this month. Every day brings a new fishing adventure, with the movement of bait and wind it makes for a new exciting and different day everyday on the Big” O”.
Summer time fishing can be very exciting with a lot of different types of fishing to enjoy for the expert angler and novice alike.
I hope to see ya soon,
Till next time tight lines and good fishing….

Lake Okeechobee Fishing this week has been super with big numbers of bass, each day with a lot of big fish mixed in our daily catches. The fishing condition’s have been pretty good, weather more stable and the water is warming. With the full moon this week, the spawn is getting stronger and stronger.
It hasn’t happen in years, but the fishing opportunity’s have been really good with artificial lures. We have been doing a lot of site fishing for big bass, a lot of swim baits and all kinds of plastics. This fishing is pretty easy, great for all types of anglers.
I would like to say thanks to every body I fished with this week, it was great to be part of your adventures.
Till next time tight lines and good fishing….
