Hey Brett,

 We got out on the lake this weekend and I wanted to share with you how inspiring our Florida fishing trip was. Jennifer even HELD her own fish for the first time!

And below is a photo of a monster pickerel (for our lake) that I got using the “snake”.

 I also got a bass on the snake but it must have been small or I didn’t give him time to swallow it b/c the hook did not get set.

June 27 out with Steve & Jennifer Moscaritolo from Massachusetts for bass fireworks. This couple  caught up to 15 largemouth bass up to five pounds on frogs and big sixteen Inch worms that look like s snake swimming in the water.

I just finished a 3 day fishing trip with my buddy with Hawg Hunter guide services. We were in search of largemouth and peacock bass. Our guide Captain Tony took us out for 3 wonderful days of fishing. First off Captain Tony is a wonderful guide and will definitely be my guide for all future trips. He was knowledgeable, helpful and really put us on the fish. He is willing to do whatever to make sure you have great day fishing. Our first day was for large mouth and we boated close to 40 fish. Great day at Holiday Park. Our second day we went in search of Peacock bass and netting close to 30 of them. Including a monster Peacock! The fight on those fish is not to be missed. Our third and sadly last day we netted close to 60 fish. We just didn’t want to leave. Like I said Tony will put you on the fish! We had a great time and will be back next time for a 5 day fishing trip.

Out whole experience was great from the hotel to the arraignments to our fantastic guide.

Best fishing trip I have ever been on…. This will definitely be a yearly trip for me twice a year of the wife lets me… J

Just a note to let you know that my trip with Capt Ray was one of the bestdays of fishing I’ve ever had in my life and since I’ve been around a longlong time this is no small thing.

Ray put me over some great fish and I caught the largest bass of my fishingcareer with him.  I have attached a photo of it for you if it is of any useto you.  I also took a shot of Ray with the fish with his Bassonline cap.

On our first day we caught probably something like 80 fish and none weresmall.  I believe that had we been fishing a tournament, we’d have been inthe money with our five biggest fish – probably 21 22 lbs.  And I lostanother hawg late in the day.  Our second day was a bit slower but steadierthrough the day.  I’d say we got something like 60 fish between us and bothof us lost big fish.

Of all the times I’ve used Bassonline, fishing with Ray was by far the mostenjoyable.  While I am an experienced angler I have tended to fish withlimited variability in style.  Ray took the time to help me try differenttechniques,  and understand why we were fishing the way we were using thetackle he suggested.  I found the trip educational.  I think I’m a betterangler for it and I’ll test that theory out in a few weeks when Bass seasonopens in Ontario.  I’ll let you know.

Anyway thanks again for a great trip and my gratitude to Capt Ray.  He did agreat job and represented your company extremely well.
