Bass Fishing Ledgendary Lake Toho

Tuesday, December 1st, 2009

timgreiner nov ondeck.

On November 23, 2009,  I had Tim Greiner from Bluffs, Iowa aboard my Ranger bass boat.  Tim loves to fish and boated 6 fish over 5lbs and the largest weighed in at 7.5lbs.  For Tim and I, it was a great way to start the week.

The month of November has produced many trophy bass and we still have December to capture a few more, what a year it has been. I think the best is yet to come, as we go in to 2010 with a healthly lake and fish population there’s no telling how good it could get this coming year.

We appreciate your business and look forward to fishing with you in the future.

Till next time tight lines and good fishing….

Well the fish are starting to come back to the grass from the main lake. All ready having some spawning action starting but the best is yet to come. Fishing this month had its highs and lows, with a couple of cold fronts those days were tough but the rest month made up for it.

We had signs of schooling fish and some good old worming opportunities. I sure enjoyed all the people I fished with this month, we did a little of every thing from live bait, topwater, worming even some flippin. The next couple of months will bring some good fishing opportunities with the spawn getting better every month. All the big catches last year of 2 to 5 ponders, we should see a lot bigger and better catches this year.

Water levels this year will be a little different and can make for better fishing opportunities than last year. All of these changes should make for some great Okeechobee fishing adventures this year. The spawn success over the last couple of years has brought this fishery back, super strong and with all the new vegitation it will get stronger.

I’m sure looking forward to seeing everybody this season and meeting some new folks to enjoy Okeechobee with!

Peacock Bass Fishing in South Florida!

Tuesday, December 1st, 2009

alexbuddnov.

I recently took out repeat clients Sendrena, Alex and Budd out for some hard fighting peacock bass action.  We had an awesome day and Lil Alex was the champ  for the day.

He caught most of the fish and the biggest peacock of the day. What a great Lil fisherman and what a good angler he is going to become!

Till next time tight lines and good fishing….
