Everglades Fishing with George and Shane

Wednesday, March 18th, 2009

What a really good two days I had with this father and son. George wanted to bring Shane down for some RNR and while they were at it learn learn the basics of  bass fishing.

We spent two days deep in the Everglades going over how each bait works, why and when to work each bait. I discussed with them about topwater fishing, Shane advanced to even working a Spook Jr which is pretty diffcult for the adverage person. We did a little trick worm fishing on our two day adventure, we did manage to miss a few big fish in learning curve. But they did manage to catch one around five pounds, I hope these guy use these techniques when they return home.

Till next time tight lines and good fishing….

South Florida Bass Fishing

Today I have the pleasure of fishing with Randy Divito once again, Randy has been a repeat customer of ours for a couple of years now. Today he wanted to see what the Everglades fishing was all about, I hinted to him he his coming here at the right time. The water levels are coming down and the fishing is only getting better, our fishing adventure was a success.

I showed Randy the different ways to work artificial baits and in our two days of fishing we managed to catch over 60 fish, which most of them were in the fat two pound range as you can see from the photo above.

Till next time tight lines and good fishing….

Another Successful Orlando Fishing Trip on Lake Toho

Saturday, March 14th, 2009

Mike Reed of Apison, TN called wanting to plan a fishing trip to the Orlando area, told us he was bring his nephew and friend. They were looking for big bass…what’s new everyone wants a big bass that’s why you come to Florida and hire a professional service like Bass Online Fishing Outfitters. Yes, I wish it was that easy all of the time…we met and accomplished our goal one more time. The below email is from Mike about his fishing trip experience…thanks Mike!

Just wanted to send a few photos from our March 7th and 8th trip on Lake Toho.

The trip was a graduation gift to my nephew so this trip was all about him. Our guide was Capt. Al Lamon, Al was wonderful. I told him at the beginning of the first day that our main objective was for Jake to catch a “big” bass. Conditions were good, but not great. But, AL kept patient and put us on the three in the photos above.

The first fish in the photos was ( 7 1/2 lbs) was caught the first 20 minutes of day one. The rest of day one was pretty slow – no wind and pretty hot and the Nat’s were terrible.

The second fish in the above photos ( 9 1/4 lbs) was caught 30 minutes into day 2.  The third fish above, was caught by Jake. It was not caught until we only had 1 hr. 30 minutes left on our second and final day.

Capt. Al was just as happy as all three of us that Jake caught the biggest fish (10 lbs). In conclusion, we could not have asked for anything more as we did. We accomplish our goal for the trip and Al played a big part in that.

Thanks for a great guide.

Urban South Florida Fishing

Friday, March 13th, 2009

This afternoon I had the pleasure of spending it with repeat customers Eddie Krovitz and his freinds Mark and Bob. We only fished a short while in the afternoon, it always seems time goes by extremely fast in the afternoon. But, it could be just that everyone really doesn’t want the day to end.

Bob managed to out fish the other boys, everyone miss a few nice one. They ended up with a mix bag of peacock bass and largemouth bass. As you can tell by the picture above they were are good quality bass and despite Bob catching most of them, everyone seem to be really happy!

Phil and Shawn | Everglades Bass Fishing

Friday, March 13th, 2009

Everglades holiday Park Bass

Today I had the pleasure of taking out Phil and Shawn from Wellington, FL.  They are frequent repeat customers of ours, this time they wanted to see what the Everglades bass fishing was all about.

Like most of our clients, these two really enjoyed learning new techniques as well as discovering new artificial lures. They learned about the “Super Spook” today and how to walking the dog. Although they managed to miss a couple of big fish on it, as generally happens with most new users. Shawn did manage to get this nice three pound bass.

They only had a short time to fish today,  but it was a very good time and we look forward to getting them out again real soon.

Till next time tight lines and good fishing….
