Today I have the pleasure of taking Frank and Shawn from Philly, PA. They are fishing with us for three days, today they decided to go after peacock bass in Miami.

The early morning was the best bite on artifical lures, I have not seen it this good in a while. We caught a few peacocks in the lakes and decided to move to some other spot that I have been producing numbers for me. When we got there, the bite was on with shiners. As the day went on, the rains started to get really bad. So, we went to take shelter at a bridge and while we were waiting we decided to fish under it. Great move, first we hooked a snook and then tarpon. The rain never slowed down, so we decided to call it a day. I do have Frank and Shawn for two more days. Today we ended with 14 peacocks, 1 tarpon, 1 snook and 1 largemouth.
