Okeechobee City Artificial Trip

Okeechobee City Artificial Trip

Lake Okeechobee has a variety of locations that are productive this time of year. An Okeechobee City Artificial Trip can land you some quality largemouth bass that you have been looking for.

We are back in action after a long breakup in Kentucky. Today, I had the pleasure of fishing with Mike and Dustin. We fished out of Garrad’s Bait and Tackle.

It was an all-day, 8-hour fishing trip with all artificial baits. Conditions called for winds which meant moving baits were going to work the best. It was windy and wet but we made the best out of it.

Swim and spinnerbaits were the most effective baits all trip long. Mike and Dustin put over 20 largemouth bass in the boat with the best being 3 pounds.

They were surprised to catch the quality and quantity they did with the rise in water levels. We found some clean water which was the key on this trip.

Mike and Dustin had a great adventure out on Lake Okeechobee and they are looking forward to fishing with us again. They want to come back for that spawning fish of a lifetime!

Do not miss out on your fall or winter trips because it is looking like it is going to be a great season this upcoming year.
